Despite the challenges of 2020, the Motor District team and development partners have continued to make solid progress in the park that will host the Motor District. With electrical power, water, sewage, drainage, and roadways in-place, we’re finally reading to begin breaking ground and going vertical in the coming weeks.

We had a great time with Eric Bachelart and the rest of the Motor District Team and owners on Saturday, February 1st with an in-depth tour of the shop and race cars of Conquest Racing. We enjoyed learning about how Eric’s experience in motor sport has contributed to the design and development of the forthcoming Motor District facility as well as better enjoyed Eric’s recollection of the strategies and stories of campaigning cars in The Ferrari Challenge Series.

A car dealership and a car condominium are planned for the northwest corner of State Road 32 and Ditch Road near Grand Park in Westfield.

A local team of car enthusiasts is working to build Indiana’s first car condominium. The team of Jay Farmer, Travis May and Eric Bachelart, owner of Conquest Motors, want to break ground this fall. They introduced the proposal at the June 3 Westfield Advisory Plan Commission meeting.
