Start a conversation by telling us what you are interested in. We offer many different solutions and configurations, so we find it best to have a short conversation to be more on point and focus on the key things that are important to you.
STEP 02: CAMPUS & BUILDING TOUR
With an understanding of your needs, let us show you around our growing campus. The Motor District is nestled on 12 acres in Westfield, one of Hamilton County’s fastest-growing cities. During this time, we’ll share with your the plans for our campus, tour each of our buildings, peek in at some of our owner’s most compelling build-outs, and highlight the Motor District’s most compelling features and amenities. In addition, we're able to coordinate a visit and tour to our sister facility in Minneapolis that boast scores of garages to inspire and inform your design.
STEP 03: COSTING & FINANCING
When someone asks us how much a unit cost, the answer is based on the size, configuration and location. A 2-3 car solution starts in the $200s. With our partners at People State Bank and Farmers Bank, affording your dream may be well within your reach. In addition, our banking partners may be able to wrap the buildout cost into the mortgage product. Prices do trend up over time.
STEP 04: BUY & BUILD
Once all the paperwork is complete, we help guide you through the buildout process. We act as your advocate, helping you with meeting the right contractors, as well as providing negotiated available discounts with product suppliers and trusted specialists.

UNIT CAPACITY
One of the most popular inquiries is how many cars does a Motor District garage hold. It’s a good question, but one that is difficult to answer as it depends on a number of things: The “era” of car you have (70s era American sedans vs 60s European sportscars), The number of cars you want to move to get to the one you want to drive, The number of car stackers, and more. However, a rule of thumb is our 25’ x 40’ unit will easily hold 4 cars, our 30’ x 40’ unit will hold 6 cars, and our 40’ x 40’ unit will hold 8 cars, as seen in the examples below. These are just examples, as many other sizes and configurations are available.
