Despite the challenges of 2020, the Motor District team and development partners have continued to make solid progress in the park that will host the Motor District. With electrical power, water, sewage, drainage, and roadways in-place, we’re finally reading to begin breaking ground and going vertical in the coming weeks.

Our pre-sales efforts have continued to delight, but we have remaining space in our initial building and welcome those that wish to guarantee an initial spot in what will be the focus of the Hamilton County automotive community.

Lifestyle is increasingly important to each of us as we discover that our primary limitation is time. Motor District offers a carefully considered automotive garage condo facility featuring proven infrastructure design elements and curated amenities for those that wish to preserve options and enhance their experience within the automotive community.

Once you’ve concluded that a home garage full of lifts, high-maintenance building ownership, or traditional storage rental is effectively “owning” you, we’re happy to discuss options that have never been a possibility in the Indianapolis market.
