Drives Our Mission

Your vision for your garage condo and automotive community drives our mission to deliver the most compelling, state-of-the-art facility available today. For nearly three years, the Motor District team has been working with leading facilities, like the Auto Motor Plex, automotive experts, recognized architects, proven land developers and real estate management experts to design, develop and deliver an exceptional garage condo ownership experience.

We broke ground in January, and are building out the first two of twelve garage condo facilities that will comprise the 12 acre, 120 unit Motor District campus.

The Motor District offers a carefully considered automotive garage condo facility featuring proven infrastructure design elements and curated amenities for those that wish to preserve options and enhance their experience within the automotive community.

Once you’ve concluded that a home garage full of lifts, high-maintenance building ownership, or traditional storage rental is effectively “owning” you, we’re happy to discuss options that have never been a possibility in the Indianapolis market.
