Building E is 50% SoldRemarkably, July is here and new owners at the Motor District will be moving into their new garage condos in just a couple of weeks so that their personal builders can begin tailoring the garages to meet their needs. Further, these units, both large and small, are moving quickly now that they are rapidly nearing completion. We’re hosting personal tours each week, and with our new Sales Office Hours on Saturdays, we’re expecting that pace to accelerate. Have a look at the images below, then schedule a time to visit the Motor District for a personalized 1:1 facility tour. Schedule a Tour: Thursdays… and Now SaturdaysTo see the Motor District in-person, schedule a personal tour with one of the Motor District team members. They’ll show you our facilities, highlight each of the special amenities, and share with you our plans for the building under construction as well as the campus as a whole. We host 30-minute tours every Thursday afternoon. Please plan to join us. Likewise, you’re welcome to schedule time or simply stop-by on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm beginning Saturday, July 10th. It’s the next step in our process of completing the build and sell-thru of our distinct garage condo concept that is completely new to the Indianapolis automotive community.
